Sonshine Residential Cleaning

This branding is for Sonshine Residential Cleaning. It is a business out of Sarasota, Florida. They cater to very high end condos and residences. As a business, the two employees needed a joint business card, as well as two individual business cards to use at private jobs that fell under the SRC umbrella. They also required a questionnaire to document the base line the customer was requesting.
Here the questionnaire, joint business card, and pen are featured. Also, the phone hints at the app for their business. The app asks the same questions as the questionnaire, but mobile. It allows either employee to fill out this sheet in person with a client, and then, upon getting to the business's wireless printer, would print the physical sheet straight from the app.
This is a mockup of the app the employees could use on the go. It is essentially a digital, portal version of the questionnaire.
This is a questionnaire for the employee to fill out in concordance with the employer's answers as a guideline to follow.
The top left image is the aesthetic back of all three business cards. The top right is the front of the joint business card, while the two on the bottom are the individual business cards for the employees.
This is the work shirt the employees are given to wear on jobs.
These are thank you cards to be left with the take away after the employees have completed their day. It also doubles, more importantly, as a reminder about the next scheduled date they will be coming.
This is a takeaway that would be complimentary given to the customer on the first cleaning. The flower is the brand color, and the brand elements are on the vase. However, the water is a specific scent (identified by the questionnaire that was filled out), like an air freshener. Every time Sonshine Residential Cleaning comes back to service the house, the water is replaced. It provides an incentive to keep them coming back regularly, exceeds expectations of a regular cleaning company that would never give them a gift (garnering brand loyalty), keeps the space smelling pleasant, and also serves as free PR to keep the company fresh in the minds of those who view it. The  reminder/thank you card also is featured an appearance in this mockup.
